​Crissy has been passionate about healthcare for over 20 years, practicing as a Nurse Practitioner since 2008. Her philosophy is simple: every patient deserves to feel their absolute best. She specializes in hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and longevity medicine — helping patients not just live longer, but live better. Crissy is currently pursuing her longevity certification and is certified in peptide therapy, always staying at the forefront of integrative and preventive care.Outside of the clinic, Crissy is a devoted wife of 35 years, proud mom of six, and a grandmother of four. When she's not caring for patients, you'll find her at the beach, lost in a good book, training Krav Maga at RMSDF, hitting the range, hiking Colorado's trails, or chasing her next fitness goal. She brings that same drive, discipline, and heart to every patient she sees.

Brooke is a Certified Medical Assistant with a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, specializing in GLP-1 wellness follow-up care and practice operations. She brings a rare combination of clinical expertise and behind-the-scenes leadership that keeps your care experience seamless from start to finish. At Colorado Integrative Healthcare, Brooke is dedicated to making every patient feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for.
Outside of the clinic, Brooke is a busy and devoted wife and mom of four. You'll find her cheering from the sidelines at her kids' sporting events, planning the next family camping trip, or counting down the days to her favorite destination — Disney. She brings that same sense of joy, energy, and dedication to her work every single day.

Michele is a Certified Nursing Assistant with over 17 years of hands-on clinical experience, and a Certified Laser Technician with advanced training in Cryoskin/Neveskin and T-Shape body contouring treatments. She brings a rare depth of expertise to every service — combining her clinical foundation with specialized aesthetic technology to deliver treatments that are both precise and deeply effective.A Colorado native and Castle Rock local, Michele is known for her warm, unhurried approach and her genuine care for every client who walks through the door. Outside of the clinic, she treasures time with her husband, children, and grandson, and finds her happy place outdoors — whether she's camping under the Colorado stars or exploring new destinations on her next travel adventure.

Kate is a Certified Laser Technician and Certified Phlebotomist with a background in bodywork, bringing a well-rounded, whole-body perspective to every treatment she delivers. She is trained and certified in T-Shape 2, Sofwave, TED hair restoration, Glypto cryotherapy, and the full range of laser services — from body contouring to laser hair removal — making her one of the most versatile treatment providers at Colorado Integrative Healthcare.
